1. Corporate Legal Identity

The official web domain (yuntutech.net) is owned, registered, and operated exclusively by Hangzhou Yuntu Aircraft Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yuntu Aircraft" or "the Company"). The Company is legally incorporated in Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, dedicated to electric ducted fan (EDF) propulsion systems and advanced electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft platforms.

Corporate Email: service@yuntutech.net · Engineering & R&D Center: Building 3, No. 46 Haoshantou, Pingyao Town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.

2. Patents, Trademarks & Intellectual Property

Yuntu retains all proprietary rights, registered trademarks, and patents for technologies and documentation disclosed on this portal:

  • Patents & Proprietary Mechanisms: Enclosed ducted nacelle diffuser suction augmentation formulations, micro-perforated Helmholtz acoustic attenuation cowl liners, multi-ply ballistic carbon-aramid 120% overspeed containment rings, non-uniform aperiodic rotor blade spacing topology, and high-velocity sandstorm laser-clad rotor metallurgy are protected under Chinese Patent Law and the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
  • Trademarks: "Yuntu", "Yuntu Aircraft", "云途", and our distinctive wing-fan emblem are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use, imitation, or deceptive branding is strictly prohibited.
  • Engineering Content Copyright: Wind tunnel acoustic array heatmaps, calibrated thrust-to-power performance curves, CAD dimensional envelopes, technical whitepapers, and aviation deep-dive publications are protected by copyright. Unauthorized data harvesting, scraping, or utilization for unauthorized commercial AI training is forbidden.

3. Technical Test Data Boundary & Engineering Disclaimer

All technical parameters published on this portal—including thrust classes (60kgf to 1000kgf), sideline acoustic signatures (53 dB(A) at 100m), specific power densities (>6.8 kW/kg), and operating thermal ceilings (52°C full-throttle continuous runs)—represent laboratory observations logged on multi-axis dynamometers and anechoic wind tunnel facilities under calibrated ISA standard conditions.

Installed performance on customer airframes is subject to dynamic intake flow distortion, fuselage boundary layer ingestion, crosswinds, and battery bus degradation. Published metrics are indicative design references and do not constitute absolute warranties. Binding specifications are governed exclusively by mutually executed Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and delivery inspection criteria.

4. Airworthiness Certification & Integration Boundaries

Yuntu ducted propulsion thrusters are architected with baseline safety indices benchmarked against CAAC CCAR-23/27/33, FAA Part 23/33, and EASA SC-VTOL criteria for structural blade containment and fail-safe multi-phase redundancy.

Full airframe Type Certification (TC) and airworthiness authority approvals remain the legal purview of the airframe integrator through respective civil aviation regulators (e.g., CAAC, FAA, UAE GCAA, Saudi GACA). Yuntu supplies qualified customers with compliance demonstration reports, FMEA logs, and raw bench endurance test records.

5. Dual-Use Export Control & End-Use Compliance

Yuntu complies strictly with all applicable domestic and international regulations governing dual-use aerospace goods, flight-control assemblies, and high-density electrical machines. Our high thrust-to-weight powertrains are engineered for civilian passenger air mobility, emergency medical evacuation, forest firefighting, and commercial cargo logistics.

Integrators and procurement partners are obligated to provide signed End-User Certificates (EUC). Diversion, re-export, or military deployment in contravention of international laws or United Nations sanctions is strictly barred.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The validity, construction, and resolution of disputes arising under this Legal Notice shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any claims or disputes shall be settled through friendly consultation or submitted to the competent People’s Court having jurisdiction in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
